  •     350 gr medium prawns
  •     3 lime leaves

  •     1 tbsp brown sugar, comb
  •     2 tbsp tamarind water
  •     2 tbsp cooking oil

Softened seasoning

  •     7 large red chilies
  •     3 pieces of red chili
  •     5 red onions
  •     3 pecans, roasted
  •     3 cm turmeric, burn
  •     1 tsp salt
  •     1 tbsp ebi, soak in hot water

How to make shrimp sauce porridge
Make porridge: cook rice with coconut milk, pandan leaves. bay leaf, and salt until it becomes a soft porridge, set aside.


Heat the cooking oil. saute the ground spices until fragrant. Add shrimp, lime leaves, and lemon grass, ginger, mix well. Add coconut milk, brown sugar, tamarind water, and cook until the gravy thickens, remove from heat.
